Tim & Sonya — Gordonvale
Tim and Sonya’s Gordonvale home now runs on a 15kW solar system with 42kWh of FoxESS battery storage, using 34 Jinko Tiger Neo panels, a FoxESS KH10 inverter and FoxESS CQ6-L7 batteries.
Designed for a growing household, the system currently covers their daily power use, exports excess solar energy to help offset grid service charges, and provides full-house blackout protection for added security during outages.
Backed by a 25-year panel warranty and 10-year battery warranty, this system gives the household reliable solar generation, battery storage and long-term energy security.
Sharon G. - Port Douglas
Cairns Solar recently completed a professional solar and battery upgrade for Sharon G., featuring a FoxESS 42kWh battery system paired with the KH10 inverter and blackout protection for added energy security.
The project included relocating 12 existing 440W CSI panels to make room for an additional 22 Jinko Tiger Neo 440W panels, bringing the system to 34 panels with a total solar capacity of 14.96kW.
This upgrade was designed to increase solar generation, improve battery storage performance, provide backup power during grid outages, and give the customer greater energy independence.
