1. Promotion period

This promotion is available from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, unless withdrawn, extended, amended or sold out earlier.

To be eligible, customers must request and accept a written Cairns Solar quote for an eligible package during the promotion period.

The system must be installed, commissioned and completed by 30 November 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Cairns Solar.

2. Limited places available

Places are limited and subject to battery stock availability, installation scheduling, site suitability, customer eligibility, network approval and product availability.

Cairns Solar reserves the right to close the promotion early if allocated stock or available installation places are exhausted before 30 September 2026.

3. Promotion offer

Eligible customers may receive a GoodWe battery supplied free of charge when purchasing and installing an eligible Jinko Tiger Neo solar package through Cairns Solar.

The promotion applies to the following eligible packages:

STC eligibility and final certificate amounts are subject to the Clean Energy Regulator's rules, approved battery usable capacity, installation date, product eligibility, site eligibility, approved installer requirements, VPP capability requirements where applicable, and REC Registry calculations.

The Clean Energy Regulator states that solar battery STCs are calculated based on usable battery capacity and installation date. It also lists the 2026 May to December STC factor as 6.8, with tapering applied to battery capacity above 14kWh.

Any STCs, rebates, certificates or incentives included in the quoted price are to be assigned to Cairns Solar unless otherwise stated in writing. If STC eligibility changes, is reduced, rejected or becomes unavailable, Cairns Solar reserves the right to amend the quote or final payable amount.

5. Battery supply only

The free battery component applies to the supply of the eligible GoodWe battery only.

Installation, electrical works, cabling, switchboard upgrades, backup circuits, blackout protection works, metering, monitoring setup, network works, travel charges, additional materials, access equipment and any other site-specific requirements are not included unless specifically stated in the customer's written quote.

6. Customer eligibility

To be eligible, customers must:

Request a quotation during the promotion period.

Accept a written Cairns Solar quote for an eligible solar and battery package during the promotion period.

Proceed with a complete system supplied and installed by Cairns Solar.

Pay any required deposit and final balance in accordance with the agreed quote.

Have a property suitable for the selected solar and battery system.

Receive any required network, distributor, body corporate, landlord or site approvals before installation.

Have the system installed, commissioned and completed by 30 November 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Cairns Solar.

7. Facebook promotion condition

Customers are encouraged to like, follow and share the official Cairns Solar Facebook page before requesting a quotation.

Where this promotion is advertised or communicated through Facebook, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Any Facebook engagement must comply with Facebook's current rules and policies. Cairns Solar may amend or remove any Facebook-related requirement if required for compliance with Facebook, Meta, advertising, privacy or consumer law requirements.

8. Customer review request

After completion of the installation, Cairns Solar may ask the customer to provide an honest review of their experience on Google and Facebook.

Reviews must reflect the customer's genuine experience. The customer is not required to provide a positive review, and the free battery offer is not conditional on a 5-star review.

If the customer has any concerns with the installation, service or product performance, Cairns Solar requests that the customer contact Cairns Solar first so there is a reasonable opportunity to investigate, rectify or remedy the concern where appropriate.

Nothing in this clause prevents the customer from leaving an honest review at any time.

9. Site suitability

All offers are subject to site inspection and technical assessment.

Cairns Solar reserves the right to determine whether a property is suitable for the proposed system based on roof space, roof condition, switchboard condition, cable routes, battery location, network limits, existing electrical infrastructure, site access and applicable standards.

Additional costs may apply where site upgrades, electrical upgrades, switchboard works, access equipment, additional labour or additional materials are required.

10. Product availability

This promotion is subject to stock availability.

Battery models, capacities and package configurations are subject to availability at the time of quotation and installation.

Cairns Solar may withdraw, amend or replace the promotion at any time before a customer has accepted a formal written quote.

11. Not redeemable for cash

The free battery offer is not redeemable for cash, credit or refund.

The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or applied to other products or services unless agreed in writing by Cairns Solar.

12. Existing quotes and previous purchases

This promotion does not automatically apply to existing quotes, accepted quotes, completed installations or previous purchases unless Cairns Solar agrees in writing.

13. Government rebates and approvals

Any applicable STCs, rebates, incentives, network approvals or finance arrangements are subject to eligibility, approval and current program rules.

Changes to rebates, incentives, network requirements, government schemes, STC values or product eligibility may affect final pricing.

14. Installation timing

Installation dates are subject to product availability, weather, site access, network approvals, customer readiness and scheduling availability.

Cairns Solar is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, approval processes, supply chain delays, weather events, unsafe site conditions or unsuitable site conditions.

If the system cannot be installed, commissioned and completed by 30 November 2026 due to delays outside Cairns Solar's control, Cairns Solar reserves the right to amend, withdraw or requote the promotion.

15. Warranty

Product warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Installation workmanship is covered in accordance with Cairns Solar's standard workmanship terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

16. Errors, omissions and changes

Cairns Solar reserves the right to correct any error, omission, pricing issue, typographical error, stock error, STC calculation error or product availability issue.

Cairns Solar may refuse, withdraw, amend or requote the promotion where an error, omission, stock issue, site limitation, safety issue, approval issue, STC eligibility issue or compliance issue is identified.

17. Standard terms

This promotion must be read together with the customer's written quote, system design, product specifications and Cairns Solar's standard terms and conditions.

Where there is any inconsistency between this promotion and the customer's written quote, the written quote will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

18. Promotion information
